Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read carefully before purchasing a pass on AssamMock.

Digital service

Passes give immediate access to digital mock tests. Because access is granted instantly, passes are generally non-refundable once purchased and used.

Exceptions

If you were charged but did not receive access due to a technical error, contact us within 7 days at support@assammock.com with your payment details and we will verify and resolve it — including a refund where a genuine error occurred.

Cancellation

You may choose not to renew at any time; there is no automatic recurring charge. A purchased pass runs until its expiry date.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
